Artificial snow covering provided by 100 snowmaker canons, on 20 km of slopes.
ARAVIS SKI AREA
Aravis ski area (Le Grand-Bornand + La Clusaz + Manigod + Saint-Jean-de-Sixt).
That is 220 km of slopes –120 slopes.

Freestyle and Freeride area
 | The Grand-Bornand snowpark "Snowparkgb" is located on Maroly mountain side, at 1 800 m high at the top and is listed as one of the top 5 snowparks in France.
It consists of 1 half-pipe of 4 m high and 100 m long, 1 boardercross of 700 m long, 1 big air, 4 lines of jumps for every level, from green to black, rails (3 levels of difficulty), tables, quarters, hip, box et other freestyle units.
The snowparkgb welcomes a large number of freestyle events all winter long.

Cross country skiing
 | 60 km of signed pisted down slopes :
In Grand-Bornand village : loops of 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 km for alternative and skating skiing from the Village, in direction of Bouchet valley (+ loop of 2,5 km for beginners). Nordic itinerary liaising with La Clusaz (Confins area), 14 km return journey.
Skating training slope of 12 km in Bouchet valley.
Biathlon stadium (cross country + shooting ) in Bouchet valley.
Nordic Park : a play area for cross country skiers, open to everyone (with valid access to slopes), close to the ice-rink in the Village. Artificial covered slope 5 km long. |
